Competition Terms & Conditions

Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

1.0 The promoter: Chaos Cure Cleaning, located at Unit 3, 41 William Street, Kilcoy QLD 4515. ABN: 51 350 014 025.

2.0 The Promoter conducts only conducts game of chance competitions; winners are based on random selection using third party applications such www.wheelofnames.com.

3.0 Entry is open to residents living in the Somerset, Moreton or North Brisbane regions of Qld Australia. Entrants must be aged eighteen years or over. Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified. 

4. The promotion commences and closes on the dates shown in the promotional materials. Only the winner(s) will be notified by email or social media and must respond within 48 hours, or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.

5. To enter, entrants must follow the online promotional instructions which will be available on the Promoter’s website and/or social media platforms. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries are permitted only when promotional instructions state, otherwise multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. 

6. Any prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Any prizes claimed are subject to The Promoters availability and may not be claimed for use during The Promoters black out periods, which include all school holidays, public holidays, and/or weekends. Winners must reside in a region outlined in the competition instructions. Additional terms and conditions associated with any prize must be adhered to. The Promoter takes no responsibility if a winner is ineligible to receive or utilise a prize due to those additional terms.  

7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

9. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice. 

10. These terms and conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
