Frequently Asked FAQ’s

  • We have worked hard to keep our services simple and chaos free from booking through o payment. To book you can call, email or send in an information form and we will get in touch with you for an obligation free quote. On the day of your clean we arrive at the time we have agreed on and complete your service. After the completion of your service, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours with payment details. We will then check in with you to ensure you are satisfied with your service and that is that. Simple, easy and chaos free.

  • We completely understand that things happen from time to time! If you cancel with notice there is no issue, this allows us to rebook your spot. If a last-minute cancellation happens, we get it, things happen and that’s okay. If you cancel with no or late notice on multiple or repeat occasions, we will give you notice that the next last-minute cancellation may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled time. If no or late notice cancellations continue to happen, we may remove you from our schedule to allow other people waiting to book.

  • We sure do; we have a range or professional cleaning products and equipment that make any job easy. Don’t clutter your house with vacuums and spray and wipes, instead let us cure the chaos of keeping the house clean!

  • As a professional cleaner we come with the skills, knowledge and tools to get the job done fast and to a high quality. Our tools do the work for us so that you don’t have to spend hours scrubbing, wiping and bleaching. Essentially, a professional cleaner takes the chaos out of keeping your home clean, so you have more time to focus on the things that matter!

  • While insurance may not be necessary for a good service, it is recommended to always book with a cleaning company that has the appropriate Public Liability. A fully insured cleaning company does come with assurances that if something does go wrong (which does happen from time to time in life) you and your property will be covered for potential damage.
